La Casita de Soller is part of a beautiful estate consisting of a main house and a guest house (totally private).

This beautiful rustic cottage, recently renovated, has a modern and elegant decoration. The light that enters through its large windows generates warmth and makes it a cosy and very special cottage.

ACCOMMODATION AND DISTRIBUTION

La Casita de Soller consists of a double bedroom with air conditioning, and a bathroom with shower.

The rest of the accommodation is open and airy, creating a large space with warm natural colours reminiscent of nature.

The living room, dining room and kitchen are fully equipped and surrounded by large windows with stunning views of the garden outside.

It is undoubtedly the perfect paradise for 2 people looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway.

EXTERIOR and SURROUNDINGS

La Casita de Soller is surrounded by a stunning garden where you will find lemon, orange, avocado and fig trees as you stroll around.

During the warmer hours, take a dip in the 7x4m swimming pool or relax in the outdoor Jacuzzi, take a nap on the comfortable sun loungers, dine al fresco or have a drink while admiring the breathtaking views of the Tramuntana mountain range.

If you want to get some exercise, there is a private gym and yoga room.

La Casita de Sóller is just an 8-minute walk from the Plaza de Sóller, where you will find many shops and restaurants.

A tram ride to Port Soller, close to the house, will take you to its beautiful beach and harbour.

Information

All fees shown are inclusive of taxes and other costs. Payment of a 30% of the total rental fees is required for your rental to be confirmed. The remaining 70% together with the security deposit, must be paid 60 days prior to arrival or the initial 30% deposit will not be refunded. When a booking is made with less than 6 weeks in advance to your arrival, the total booking fee will be due.

Arrival and departure. Check-in is between 16:00 and 19:00; check-out by 10:00. Should you require to arrive or leave earlier or later, you must request this at the time of the booking. We will endeavour to accommodate your request; however, this will depend on availability, and an additional fee may be incurred.
Cancellations. Cancelling 6 weeks or more prior to your arrival date will entitle you to a refund of 70% of the rental fee. The 30% deposit is non refundable. Cancellations made less than 6 weeks prior to the planned arrival date will mean that no refund can be given, and the full rental amount will be withheld.

Additional information.The minimum stay in Mallorca is 7 nights. The property is fully equipped, including bedlinen and towels.
